Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Blue Yonder WMS Consultant to lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS), specifically Discrete versions 2022/2023. The role involves gathering business requirements, configuring warehouse management processes, driving system integration, and supporting deployment activities. Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end implementation of Blue Yonder WMS (Discrete 2022/2023), including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional solutions and WMS configurations.
• Configure and optimize inbound, outbound, inventory management, and warehouse operations within Blue Yonder WMS.
• Collaborate with operations, IT, logistics, and business teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
• Manage integration of Blue Yonder WMS with ERP, TMS, and other supply chain applications.
• Design and implement workflows and process automation to improve warehouse efficiency and operational performance.
• Support functional testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and defect resolution.




• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer and user training for business and operational teams. Requirements
• 7
- 12 years of overall experience in supply chain applications, with at least 5 years of relevant Blue Yonder WMS experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Blue Yonder WMS, specifically Discrete versions 2022/2023.
• Strong functional knowledge of inbound, outbound, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
• Experience in end-to-end WMS implementation, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Understanding of ERP, TMS, and other enterprise system integrations within supply chain environments.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and operational workflows.
• Experience in WMS upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning is preferred.
