We are looking for a curious, reliable Sales & Business Development Intern to help build our client pipeline and support international growth. WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Research creators, podcasts, brands and relevant social media pages, including US-based prospects.
• Identify page owners and verify relevant contact information.
• Conduct thoughtful outreach to qualified prospects through email and Instagram.
• Qualify leads, follow up consistently and schedule meetings for the team.
• Maintain an organized prospect pipeline and outreach tracker.
• Support the team in converting qualified leads into clients and improving outreach processes. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Explicit written communication and professional outreach skills.
• Strong online research, organization and follow-through.
• Interest in sales, business development, creators or the digital media ecosystem.




• Comfort initiating conversations, working toward goals and handling non-responses or rejection constructively.
• Ability to work independently in a flexible, remote environment and commit for the full internship.
• Prior sales or outreach experience is helpful, but not required; demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn. STIPEND Month 1: ₹5,000 fixed + up to ₹15,000 variable. Month 2: ₹10,000 fixed + up to ₹20,000 variable. Month 3: ₹10,000 fixed + up to ₹20,000 variable. Variable pay is performance-based and capped at the stated amount.
