Role Description The Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the training and staffing center in Kurla in a full-time, in office capacity. This role includes managing schedules and batches for corporate and technical training programs, coordinating with trainers, learners, and corporate partners to ensure smooth delivery of services. The Center Manager will monitor enrollment, attendance, and performance metrics, maintain records and reporting, and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and learner experience. The role also involves supervising center staff,



handling queries and escalations, supporting marketing and outreach activities, and aligning center operations with organizational objectives and quality standards. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong center operations and administration skills, including scheduling, documentation, reporting, and process management.
• Candidates should possess people management and leadership skills, including team supervision, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
• Candidates should possess communication and stakeholder management skills, including client interaction, learner support, and coordination with trainers and partners.
• Candidates should possess basic familiarity with training and staffing domains, such as corporate training workflows, fresher hiring processes, and skill development programs.
• Candidates should possess organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle operational issues proactively.
• Relevant experience in managing training centers, education institutes, or staffing operations is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in management, business, education, or a related field is preferred.
• Comfort with digital tools for scheduling, CRM, reporting, and communication (e.g., spreadsheets, MIS tools, email, and collaboration platforms) is expected.
