Role Description The Robotics Intern at Weskill will support the development, testing, and documentation of robotics and automation projects in a remote internship role. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting in designing and simulating robotic systems, contributing to process automation workflows, and collaborating with mentors to refine mechatronic components and control strategies. The intern will help analyze system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain clear records of experiments, prototypes, and configurations. This internship role also involves participating in online team meetings, sharing progress updates,



and learning to apply robotics concepts to real-world applications aligned with Weskill’s training programs. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Robotics and Robot systems, including basic understanding of kinematics, sensors, and actuators.
• Candidates should possess skills in Automation and Process Automation, with exposure to control systems, workflows, or industrial automation concepts.
• Candidates should possess skills in Mechatronics, integrating mechanical, electrical, and software components in simple projects.
• Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn recent tools and technologies quickly.
• Candidates should preferably be undergraduate students in engineering, robotics, mechatronics, or related technical fields.
• Candidates should possess effective written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with programming languages (such as Python, C/C++, or similar) and simulation tools or CAD software is beneficial.
• Demonstrated interest in robotics projects, competitions, or relevant coursework is a plus.
