Role Description The Senior Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Recent Delhi, responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational activities across trading, client services, and back-office functions. This role includes managing daily workflows, ensuring timely and accurate trade processing, reconciliations, and regulatory compliance, and coordinating with exchanges, clearing partners, and internal teams. The Senior Operations Manager will lead and mentor operations staff, implement process improvements, monitor performance metrics,



and address operational risks and escalations. The role involves collaborating closely with senior management, research, sales, and technology teams to support business growth, enhance client experience, and maintain high service standards. The Senior Operations Manager will also contribute to policy development, documentation, and adoption of best practices in line with industry and regulatory requirements. Qualifications
• Strong operations management skills, including process design, workflow optimization, and performance monitoring.
• Experience in trade operations, settlements, reconciliations, and back-office activities in capital markets or wealth management.
• Knowledge of equity, derivatives, commodities, and currency markets, as well as products such as mutual funds and insurance.
• Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for NSE, BSE, MCX, and related financial authorities.
• Proven people management capabilities, including team leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to accuracy and risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal coordination and client-focused interactions.
• Proficiency with trading platforms, OMS/RMS systems, and standard office productivity tools.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline; professional certifications (e.g., NISM, CFA, CA, MBA) are an advantage
