IT Analyst

Noida | Full-time

About the Role
We're looking for a proactive IT Analyst to manage day-to-day IT support, maintain our infrastructure, and keep systems secure and running smoothly across our offices.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, network, email and login issues
• Maintain IT assets and inventory, including allocation, warranties, repairs and handovers
• Manage user accounts, email setup and access permissions as per approvals
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi and internet issues, and support antivirus, patching and security checks
• Set up systems for recent joiners and recover assets and revoke access for exits
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers, and follow up on escalations until resolved
• Maintain IT documentation, incident records and periodic reports Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT,



Computer Science or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support or system administration
• Good knowledge of Windows, hardware troubleshooting and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, email systems and IT security best practices
• Strong problem-solving, communication and documentation skills Good to Have
• Experience with ticketing or asset management tools and remote support utilities
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory or Entra ID
