Role Description The Retail Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Karur, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring efficient, customer-focused service. • Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to resolve issues and enhance the overall store experience.
• Store Management and Retail operations skills,



covering daily floor supervision, inventory oversight, sales tracking, and adherence to company policies.
• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to engage customers, coach team members, and coordinate with regional and corporate teams.
• Experience with Retail Loss Prevention practices, including monitoring shrinkage, implementing controls, and promoting compliance with security procedures.
• Previous experience in retail store leadership or supervisory roles, preferably in premium or consumer electronics, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
• Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Basic proficiency with POS systems, inventory management tools, and common office software applications.
• Educational background such as a diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
