S. dispatch experience. Robust grip on DAT, Truckstop & load boards. Ability to source, negotiate & close trucks FAST. Deep understanding of carrier compliance (MC/DOT, insurance, safety scores). Confidence to handle high-value/project/BBK shipments. Clear communication.
