Role Description The Spacecraft Engineer will design, analyze, and optimize spacecraft subsystems and assemblies, collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering teams. Typical responsibilities include developing system architectures, performing engineering trade studies, conducting simulations, and supporting integration and testing activities. The role involves preparing technical documentation, participating in design reviews, and working with vendors and partners to ensure compliance with mission requirements and industry standards. This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with a mix of on-site work for design, lab, and test activities,



and some work-from-home flexibility for analysis, documentation, and collaboration tasks. Qualifications
• Spacecraft Design and Spacecraft engineering skills, including subsystem integration and performance optimization.
• Systems Engineering capabilities, such as requirements definition, interface management, and verification and validation.
• Aerospace Engineering knowledge with strong Analytical Skills for modeling, simulation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience with CAD tools, modeling and simulation software, and standard aerospace design practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create technical reports and presentations.
• Familiarity with space industry standards, environmental testing, and reliability engineering is an advantage.
