Role Description The Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain software solutions that support. This full-time, on-site role is based in Abroad and involves building and optimizing back-end systems, integrating third-party services, and ensuring applications are secure, scalable, and performant. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. The Senior Software Engineer will also mentor junior engineers, contribute to architectural decisions,



and participate in continuous improvement of development practices and tools. Qualifications
• Solid foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and system design.
• Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience delivering production-quality applications.
• Hands-on expertise in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and best practices.
• Experience with modern development tools, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to analyze requirements, propose solutions, and work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to code quality and security.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in building systems for service-oriented or consulting businesses is an advantage.
• Comfort working on-site in Kochi and collaborating within a diverse, inclusive team environment.
