Key Responsibilities
• Design structural components and assemblies using CAD tools
• Perform FEA (static, modal, buckling, fatigue, thermal) and interpret results
• Prepare meshing, load cases, and boundary conditions for simulations
• Optimize designs for strength, weight, and cost
• Create 2D drawings, BOMs, and documentation with GD&T;
• Coordinate with manufacturing, testing, and cross-functional teams
• Support prototype t`esting and correlate test data with analysis
• Prepare technical reports and design review presentations Required Skills
• Analysis/FEA: ANSYS, HyperMesh (Abaqus, Nastran, or OptiStruct is a plus)
• CAD: SolidWorks, CATIA
• Strong fundamentals in strength of materials, machine design, and mechanics
• Knowledge of GD&T; and engineering standards
• Understanding of materials and manufacturing processes (casting, welding, sheet metal, machining) Qualifications

E./B.
Tech (M.
Tech preferred) in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field
• Freshers with solid academic projects or internships are welcome
• 3–5 years of relevant experience for experienced candidates
