About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Executive Recruiter to support our growing talent acquisition requirements.



The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, identifying suitable candidates, sourcing profiles through multiple channels, coordinating interviews and ensuring timely onboarding. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career HR professionals who want to develop their careers in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations while working in a dynamic EdTech and Consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities
• 1. Recruitment & Talent Sourcing: Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions across the organisation. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals and other recruitment channels. Identify and screen suitable candidates based on job requirements. Conduct initial telephonic screening and assess candidate suitability.
• 2. Interview Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Communicate interview feedback and selection updates.
• 3. Recruitment MIS & Documentation: Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports. Track interview status, selection ratios, offer releases and joining status.



Support onboarding coordination and pre-joining formalities. Eligibility & Desired Skills
• Graduate in any discipline. BBA, B.
Com, BA, B.
Sc or MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Freshers with a robust interest in HR can also apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and candidate screening.
• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn and MS Office/Google Workspace will be an advantage.
