Role Description The Quality Control Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Salem, responsible for overseeing quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the production process. This role includes developing and implementing quality standards, monitoring raw materials and finished goods, and conducting routine inspections and audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The Quality Control Manager will maintain and analyze quality records, investigate non-conformities, and work with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions. The role also involves training production staff on quality procedures, supporting food safety initiatives,



coordinating with external laboratories and regulatory bodies as needed, and contributing to continuous improvement projects to enhance product consistency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications
• Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within food production, agriculture, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of food safety standards, HACCP principles, and relevant national and international regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct inspections, audits, and root cause analysis, and to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Solid skills in data collection, documentation, and reporting, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to train and guide on-site production teams.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with production, maintenance, procurement, and management to uphold quality standards.
• Comfort working on-site in a manufacturing environment in Salem, with robust organizational and time management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Agriculture, Chemistry, Microbiology, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Experience with ISO, GMP, or other quality management systems and audit processes is an advantage.
