2–5 years Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Payroll Joining: Immediate joiners preferred Role Overview We are hiring trainers across three distinct specialisations. Candidates with relevant experience in any one of the following areas are encouraged to apply: 1. Soft Skills & Communication Trainer
• Communication, public speaking and presentation skills.
• Interpersonal effectiveness, confidence building and executive presence.
• Active listening, professional etiquette and influencing skills. 2. Social & Emotional Learning / Emotional Intelligence Trainer
• Emotional intelligence, self-awareness and emotional regulation.
• Empathy, resilience and interpersonal relationships.
• Conflict management and behavioural development. 3. Corporate Trainer
• Corporate communication and workplace effectiveness.
• Team building, collaboration and conflict resolution.
• Leadership, people management and professional development.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops and learning interventions.
• Facilitate interactive activities, discussions and practical exercises.




• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Adapt training methods based on audience and learning requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve training content and programme effectiveness. Requirements
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in training, facilitation, coaching or learning and development.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the three specified specialisations.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and understanding of adult learning methodologies.
• Relevant academic qualifications or professional certifications in Psychology, Education, HR, Management, Communication or related disciplines will be an advantage. Note: These are three separate Trainer requirements. Candidates need expertise in only their relevant specialisation; experience across multiple areas is not mandatory.
