Role Description This is a full time, on-site Jnr Accountant role based in Bengaluru South. The Jnr Accountant will support daily accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable. Responsibilities include preparing and reconciling bank statements, supporting monthly closing activities, and updating financial records in accounting software. The role also involves assisting with expense tracking, invoice processing, and basic financial reporting for project and event-related costs. The Jnr Accountant will collaborate with the finance and operations teams to ensure accuracy, compliance,



and timely completion of accounting tasks. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess foundational accounting skills, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation of accounts.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in accounting software (such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and strong MS Excel skills for data entry and reporting.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of basic financial principles, GST and tax concepts, and standard accounting practices applicable in India.
• Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and a professional, ethical approach to handling financial information.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred; internship or 0–2 years of relevant experience will be an advantage.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, event-focused environment and willingness to learn and adapt to evolving processes and tools.
