Role Description The Video Editor will work on-site in Indore in a full-time capacity, collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to produce high-quality video content for various digital channels. Daily responsibilities include editing raw footage into compelling videos, selecting appropriate music and sound effects, applying transitions, and ensuring smooth pacing and narrative flow. The role also involves color grading, incorporating motion graphics and text overlays, and optimizing formats for social media, web, and campaign use. The Video Editor will maintain organized project files, follow brand guidelines, and meet deadlines for multiple concurrent projects. Additional tasks may include contributing creative concepts, collaborating during pre-production planning,



and suggesting improvements to video workflows and processes. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Video Editing and Video Production skills, including working with raw footage, timelines, and audio integration.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance the overall look and feel of video content.
• Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills to create engaging visual elements, titles, and animations aligned with brand guidelines.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with industry-standard editing and design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or equivalent).
• Candidates should possess strong storytelling ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams in an on-site workplace.
• Relevant experience in digital marketing, social media video formats, or agency settings, and a portfolio showcasing prior work will be highly beneficial.
• A diploma or degree in Film, Media, Design, Communications, or a related field is preferred but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
