About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist who can plan, create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with email marketing tools like Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, or Brevo, along with a valuable understanding of email automation, audience segmentation, and campaign performance.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns, including welcome emails, course reminders, drip campaigns, and re-engagement emails.
- Segment audiences based on customer behavior, interests, and engagement to send personalized emails and improve open rates, clicks, and conversions.
- Use CRM data to set up automated emails for customer onboarding, milestone updates, follow-ups, and inactive users.
- Work with email marketing tools such as Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, or Brevo to manage campaigns and automation workflows.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, CTA buttons, email designs,



and sending times to improve campaign performance.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates.
- Prepare campaign reports and suggest improvements based on performance data.
- Coordinate with design, content, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all emails.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1.5–3 years of hands-on experience in Email Marketing.
- Practical experience with Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, or Brevo.
- Good understanding of email campaign management and automation workflows.
- Knowledge of audience segmentation, personalization, and CRM data.
- Experience with A/B testing and email performance analysis.
- Understanding of email marketing metrics such as Open Rate, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
