Job Summary

We are looking for a agile, charismatic, and customer-focused F&B; Manager with 2–3 years of experience in food and beverage operations, bar management, and floor supervision. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a smart and confident personality, and a strong understanding of sales, upselling, and guest experience management.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily food and beverage operations, including floor management, service quality, and staff coordination.
- Manage bar operations, including beverage service, inventory control, stock management, and adherence to service standards.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Drive revenue through effective upselling, suggestive selling, and promotional initiatives.
- Supervise and motivate service staff to maintain operational efficiency and high hospitality standards.
- Monitor inventory, control wastage, and ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food service regulations.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar,



and service teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Support sales initiatives and create a welcoming, engaging environment for guests.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management (HM), Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in F&B; operations, restaurant management, or bar management.
- Strong knowledge of bar operations, beverages, and inventory management.
- Good understanding of sales, upselling techniques, and revenue generation.
- Charismatic, smart, confident, and outspoken personality with excellent communication skills.
- Strong floor management, leadership, and team coordination abilities.
- Customer-friendly attitude with a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment with flexible shifts.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
