Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor
Experience: Experienced candidates preferred
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene across the hospital.
- Handle complaints and escalations independently and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and manage shift allocation and leave schedules.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and work performance.
- Ensure proper cleaning practices and adherence to hospital hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to address housekeeping requirements.

Requirements

- Prior experience in handling and supervising housekeeping staff will be an advantage.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage staff schedules and resolve escalations independently.
- Responsible, disciplined, and capable of working in a hospital setting.

Qualification: Any degree or relevant qualification preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
