Kinder Hospitals, Kollam, is looking for a dedicated Infection Control Nurse (ICN) to ensure effective implementation of infection prevention and control practices across the hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor infection prevention practices and hand hygiene compliance.
- Conduct infection control rounds, audits, and surveillance of healthcare-associated infections.
- Ensure compliance with biomedical waste management, sterilization, and disinfection protocols.
- Conduct infection control training and awareness sessions for hospital staff.
- Maintain infection control records, reports, and audit documentation.




- Identify infection risks and coordinate corrective actions with concerned departments.
- Support NABH standards and hospital quality improvement initiatives.

Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.

Experience: Relevant nursing experience preferred. Experience in infection control and NABH-accredited hospitals will be an added advantage.

Required Skills: Positive communication, documentation, coordination, and knowledge of infection prevention and control practices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
