About the Role

As a Commercial Brand Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our clients. You will understand their requirements, work with our internal team to find suitable properties, take clients on site visits and see the deal through to a successful closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements clearly (budget, location, size, type of property and business needs)

- Coordinate with the internal team to shortlist suitable properties

- Present shortlisted properties to clients and arrange site visits

- Accompany clients on site visits and understand their needs better





- Propose more suitable properties based on client feedback

- Support buyers, sellers and brands during the property onboarding process

- Follow up regularly with clients to keep the deal moving

- Close deals and successfully onboard the property

Requirements

- Any degree

- Good communication and client-handling skills

- Ability to follow up consistently and stay organized

- Interest in real estate and sales

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

What We Offer

- Fixed salary of Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 60,000 per month, based on interview performance, experience and skills
