Unit Name / Location: Kusauto India Private Limited, Chennai.

Job description:

- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Experience in handling various types of manufacturing machinery and assembly lines.
- Knowledge of blow moulding and injection moulding processes will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Allocate and distribute workloads to operators to achieve daily production targets.
- Prepare and implement action plans to improve production efficiency and optimize manpower utilization against standard cycle times.
- Monitor hourly production and ensure adherence to FIFO practices.




- Ensure effective and accurate utilization of manpower.
- Monitor process parameters and maintain proper documentation and discipline on the shop floor.
- Analyze daily material consumption and prepare production reports.
- Implement 5S practices and ensure regular follow-up.

Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma - 4 Years of Experience / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering - 2 Years of Experience With automobile sector

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹320,000.00 per year
