Hiring: Sales Intern – Creators Crew

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Duration: 6 Months
Monthly Stipend: ₹15,000–₹18,000

Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate leads through online research, databases, networking, and outbound outreach.
- Make cold calls and connect with potential customers to introduce the company’s offerings.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and messages to convert leads into opportunities.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, prospects, and business partners.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate discussions between prospects and the sales team.
- Support business development, client acquisition, and sales pipeline management.
- Maintain lead records, customer interactions, and follow-up activities in a CRM or tracking sheet.
- Assist with promotional activities, PR initiatives, event coordination, and networking opportunities where required.
- Work towards daily and weekly outreach goals and contribute to sales targets.
- Participate in team meetings, sales training, and feedback sessions to improve performance.

Requirements





- Candidates from Sales, Mass Communication, Public Relations (PR), Event Management, Marketing, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
- Freshers and recent graduates are welcome.
- Prior internship or practical experience in sales, client servicing, PR, event coordination, or business development is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in speaking with new people, making cold calls, and pitching ideas.
- Interest in sales, networking, marketing, and client acquisition.
- Proactive, self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working from the HSR Layout office in Bangalore for the full six-month internship.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
