We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-oriented Guest Relation Officer to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers warmly.
- Attend to guest enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage customer feedback, complaints and suggestions.
- Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth guest service.
- Handle table reservations and customer requests.
- Maintain good relationships with regular customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant dining experience.
Requirements
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant attitude and a customer-friendly approach.
- Good Malayalam and basic English communication skills.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant operations will be an advantage.
Salary
₹13000 – ₹18000 per month (based on experience).
