Experience:

- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in counselling, customer support, healthcare coordination, telecalling,



or patient engagement are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills:

- Good verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with patients and their families.
- Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn about healthcare and remote patient monitoring.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
- Ability to explain services, address concerns, and guide patients through enrolment.

Key: Previous healthcare experience is not mandatory. Comprehensive product and role-specific training will be provided.
