Job Overview

We are looking for a Pre sales who can handle client enquiries, make calls, understand property requirements, and connect clients with the appropriate team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to follow up with clients regularly.

Key Responsibilities

- Call incoming enquiries and potential clients to collect their basic details.
- Understand client requirements, including budget, preferred location, property type, and buying or rental preferences.
- Match client requirements with available residential or commercial properties.
- Share qualified client details and requirements with the respective sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client information, and follow-up activities.




- Follow up with clients regularly and ensure that every enquiry receives a timely response.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and proper handling of leads.

Eligibility & Requirements

- 6 months to 3 years of experience in pre sales, tele calling, customer service, lead generation, or a related role.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and communicate property details clearly.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain client records.
- Kannada and English communication skills are preferred.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-focused approach.

Salary & Incentives

- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
- The salary will depend on interview performance, relevant skills, knowledge, and experience.
- Performance-based incentives will be provided in addition to the fixed salary.
