Job Summary

Panacorp Software Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Research Analyst to analyze academic research papers, review existing literature, and prepare structured research documentation to support PhD research projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand research topics and identify relevant academic literature.
- Search and collect research papers from IEEE, Google Scholar, and other academic databases.
- Review and analyze existing research methods, findings, and limitations.
- Identify research gaps and organize findings under relevant topics and headings.
- Prepare structured literature review documents and research summaries.
- Maintain accurate references and citations.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to academic referencing standards.




- Coordinate with the research team to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

- BE/BTech, ME/MTech, MSc, or PhD in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in research analysis or academic literature review.
- Robust analytical and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with IEEE Xplore, Google Scholar, and reference management tools.
- Understanding of research methodologies and academic publications.
- Good knowledge of MS Word and research documentation.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Salary: ₹10,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on experience, qualification, and skills.

Candidates with prior experience in academic research analysis and literature reviews are preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
