- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM Nursing.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
- Previous experience in ward management or team supervision is an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the nursing staff in the assigned ward.
- Ensure quality nursing care and patient safety.
- Monitor patients' health conditions and coordinate timely medical interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain nursing records, patient charts, and clinical documentation.
- Ensure proper infection control and hospital safety protocols.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- Manage duty allocation, shift handovers, and staff performance.
- Handle patient and attendant concerns professionally.
