Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Applied AI Engineer to join our engineering team and build advanced Agentic AI and LLM-powered applications for complex business and financial use cases.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AI engineering, multi-agent architectures, LLM-based applications, and reasoning systems, along with experience working in a product-based technology company.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying production-grade AI solutions involving intelligent automation, RAG pipelines, AI orchestration, and advanced reasoning workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy advanced Agentic AI and multi-agent systems.
- Build and optimise LLM-based applications, prompt chains, and inference pipelines.
- Develop RAG architectures, memory systems, and AI agent orchestration workflows.
- Work with frameworks such as LangChain, DSPy, and other modern AI engineering tools.
- Implement LLM evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, reliability, latency, and performance.
- Build AI observability and monitoring systems to track agent activities and system performance.
- Develop ETL pipelines and manage structured and unstructured data.
- Work with SQL/NoSQL databases, vector databases, and graph-based data systems.
- Deploy and manage AI applications using AWS and/or Azure.
- Implement Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop scalable, secure,



and reliable AI solutions.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfil ALL the following requirements:

- Educational Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) only.
- College Background: Must be a graduate from a Tier 1 engineering college.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in software development and AI engineering.
- Company Background: Must have current or previous work experience in a product-based technology company.
- Technical Expertise: Must possess hands-on experience with the mandatory technical skills mentioned below.

- Python and JavaScript

- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Multi-Agent Systems and Prompt Engineering
- LLM Evaluation and Langfuse

Good to Have

- Experience with GEPA, Weights & Biases (W&B;), and Helicone.
- Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Experience with Graph Databases and Graph-Based Reasoning.
- Familiarity with LoRA, QLoRA, RLHF, and RLAIF.
- Experience in FinTech, lending, credit, financial risk,



or other regulated industries.
- Experience developing AI solutions for complex, high-stakes business use cases.
