Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, ambitious and result-oriented City Sales Manager who is excited to be part of SAKURO's journey from the ground up.

This is an opportunity to take a hands-on role in building our presence across Bengaluru's premium HoReCa and Modern Trade channels, developing strong customer relationships, opening recent business opportunities and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate should bring an entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for sales and the enthusiasm to make a meaningful impact in a growing startup.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and grow business across premium hotels, restaurants, cafés, clubs and leading Modern Trade outlets, driving new accounts and repeat sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with F&B; heads, purchase managers and category buyers.
- Drive new account listings,



product availability and visibility at key outlets.
- Plan and execute in-outlet activations, product sampling and consumer engagement initiatives.
- Work closely with outlet teams to encourage product recommendations and consumer trials.
- Monitor account-wise sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with distribution and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries, stock replenishment and collections.

Candidate Profile

- 3–4 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in B2B sales or the HoReCa beverage channel.
- Strong business development, negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, hands-on professional with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong execution capabilities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
