Quantity Surveyor – Architecture & Interiors
Experience: 4+ years
What you’ll do
- Take quantities from drawings and prepare detailed BOQs and estimates for civil and interior works
- Prepare rate analysis and tender documents, and compare contractor quotations
- Check and certify contractor bills, and track variations
- Support cost planning and value engineering during design
What we’re looking for
- B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 3+ years of relevant QS experience, preferably on both building and interiors projects
- Proficiency in Google Sheet, Excel and AutoCAD
