Key Responsibilities

- Explain motor insurance policies, coverage, premiums, add-on covers, and benefits to customers.
- Handle insurance requirements for recent vehicle purchases and existing vehicle owners.
- Generate insurance business through showroom customers, existing customer databases, referrals, and renewal leads.
- Prepare insurance quotations by comparing available plans from different insurance providers.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and other documentation.
- Follow up with customers for insurance renewals and ensure timely policy renewal.
- Explain claim procedures and assist customers with insurance-related queries.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Bodyshop,



and Accounts teams for insurance-related requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of insurance quotations, policies, renewals, and customer details.
- Achieve monthly insurance sales and renewal targets.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and insurance procedures.
- Build strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
