Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. **Your role and responsibilities** * Overall responsibility for the transition and integration of all workstreams for all Waves, tech implementation if any and transformation in-line with the IBM solution as contracted with the Client. * Responsible for scheduling and monitoring of IBM resources to ensure consistent performance to meet all project objectives. * Coordinates requirements and deliverables as needed with client-counterpart for in-scope work transfer for process & people. * Ability to Plan, lead and run IBM Internal and Client related Governance, risk assessment & reporting independently. * Responsible for performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality, and appropriate business measurements for the overall Transition project, according to the project plan or charter.



* Enables the Transition Management System and Governance working with transition team reporting to Transition Integration manager and all involved stakeholders * Provides overall direction to workstream transition leads on integrated project plan and program management processes (status reporting, risk and issue management reporting, transition deliverables management, etc.). * Interlocks project plan across workstreams and responsible for integration of process design across all workstreams. * Responsible for creation of overall strategy documents applied across all centers and workstreams (ie, test strategy, cutover strategy, etc.) * Responsible for management and reconciliation of transition cost against approved cost case. * Escalation point for issues and risks prior to escalation to DPE/, PE, etc.as defined by project escalation procedures. * Responsible to solution the transition phase for new and potential IBM's Clients as response to RFP. This includes drafting Transition related plan, costing and leading Orals. **Required technical and professional expertise** Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers. Knowledge & ability to leading Implementations of process and transformation programs/projects. Knowledge of the policies and techniques to manage a set of related projects within a program; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control the set of projects,



ensuring productive utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve program objectives. Knowledge of the techniques, tools and applications associated with coordination of internal resources; ability to synchronize and integrate activities, responsibilities, and command and control structures to ensure that internal resources are used most efficiently in pursuit of business objectives. **Preferred technical and professional experience** - HR Technology Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR technology trends and their application in HR Talent Transformation services, enabling the development of innovative solutions for clients. - Industry Ecosystem Insights: Familiarity with the partner and competitive ecosystem in HR Talent Transformation, informing business strategies and driving growth through strategic partnerships and market positioning. - Market Analysis Expertise: Ability to analyze market and industry trends, identifying opportunities for expansion and growth in HR Talent Transformation services, and staying ahead of the competition.
