Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and communicate with couples regarding appointments and schedules.
- Explain the process, procedures, and necessary instructions to couples.
- Act as the primary point of contact for couples.
- Follow up with couples regularly and address their queries.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ensure timely appointment scheduling and follow-ups.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Provide emotional support and guidance wherever required.
- Ensure a positive and satisfactory experience for couples.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Any Degree / Psychology preferred.
- Fresher / Experienced




- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Experience in healthcare coordination or patient relationship management will be an added advantage.
