As an Appointment Setter/Opener, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our client base by initiating meaningful conversations with businesses and securing appointments for our sales team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Appointment Setter/Opener to join our team remotely. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential clients, introduce our staffing services, and schedule appointments for our sales representatives. You'll leverage your excellent communication skills and persuasive abilities to engage decision-makers and spark interest in our staffing solutions.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to businesses within designated industries to introduce our staffing services.

Effectively communicate our value proposition and tailor the message to address the specific needs and pain points of each prospect.

Qualify leads by assessing their staffing requirements, budget, and timeline.

Schedule appointments for our Closer with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM system with relevant information.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and campaigns.

Requirements:

Proven experience in USA outbound sales, appointment setting,



or lead generation, preferably in the staffing industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in American English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.

Familiarity with HubSpot and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Availability to work during standard business hours in EST(7:30PM-3:30 AM IST).
