Job Summary

Reliant Group of Institutions is looking for experienced and CIPS-certified Faculty Members / Professional Trainers to deliver training programmes for CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) qualifications.

We are seeking professionals who combine recognised CIPS qualifications, hands-on teaching experience and practical industry exposure in procurement, purchasing and supply chain management.

The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering engaging and structured training sessions through both online and offline modes, guiding students through the CIPS qualification pathway, and preparing them for professional certification examinations.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver professional training sessions for CIPS qualifications, particularly Levels 4, 5 and 6.

* Conduct both online and offline classroom training sessions.

* Develop lesson plans, presentations, study materials and module-wise academic resources.

* Explain procurement and supply management concepts using practical industry examples and real-world case studies.

* Prepare students for CIPS examinations through mock tests, assignments, assessments and revision sessions.

* Provide academic guidance, mentoring and doubt-clearing support to students.

* Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve learning outcomes.

* Ensure effective coverage of the prescribed CIPS syllabus within the scheduled training period.

* Incorporate practical procurement experience, industry scenarios and current market practices into teaching.





* Keep teaching materials and subject knowledge updated in line with the latest CIPS syllabus and examination requirements.

* Coordinate with the academic team regarding training schedules, student progress and academic delivery.

Educational Qualifications & Certifications

* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related discipline.

* Must possess a recognised CIPS qualification, preferably Level 4, Level 5 or Level 6.

* MCIPS membership/status will be an added advantage.

* Additional professional qualifications in procurement and supply chain management will be preferred.

Experience Requirements

* Minimum 4–5 years of relevant qualified experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain Management or related fields.

* Proven hands-on experience in teaching or delivering CIPS certification training is essential.

* Practical industry experience in procurement and supply operations is highly preferred.

* Experience handling international students or working professionals will be an added advantage.

* Experience delivering both online and offline training sessions is preferred.
