Aspire Dental is a modern dental clinic committed to providing quality dental care and an excellent patient experience. We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and organized individual to join our team as a Dental Assistant / Receptionist.

Key Responsibilities

Dental Assistance

- Assist the dentist during dental procedures and treatments.
- Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms.
- Follow sterilization, infection control, and hygiene protocols.
- Ensure dental instruments and materials are properly organized and available.
- Support smooth day-to-day clinical operations.

Reception & Patient Management

- Welcome patients and manage appointments and scheduling.
- Handle patient calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and appointment reminders.
- Maintain patient records, billing, and payment entries.




- Coordinate with patients regarding follow-ups and treatment schedules.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming reception area.

Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 12th pass; graduate or dental-related qualification preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.
- Pleasant personality, punctuality, and a patient-friendly attitude.
- Willingness to learn dental assisting procedures and clinic operations.
- Prior experience in a dental clinic will be an advantage.
