- Responsible for the smooth operations of the hospital.
- Ensure that the quality of medical care and services are meeting the hospital’s overall goals and mission.
- Evaluation of profit and loss statement and implementation of appropriate revenue improvement and cost saving measures.
- Introduction and incorporation of new strategies to improve the revenue and income of the hospital.
- Responsible for improving overall quality of the hospital operations and to prepare the hospital for various accreditations.
- Responsible for overall safety of patients and staff inside the hospital and also should update and implement best hospital safety practices.
- Will be responsible to maintain the patient satisfaction at 100%
- Ensure valuable relationship with physicians and non clinical departments.
- Must ensure smooth functioning of all diagnostic services.
- Responsible to maintain zero time delay in all services.




- Ensure 100% legal compliances and discharge legal responsibilities pertaining to the hospital.
- Will be responsible for successful EMR implementation.
- Update on technology and health care practices and communicate the same to the higher authorities for the up-gradation of our services.
- Will be responsible for maximum utilisation of outsourced services.
- Facilitate data driven decision making which leads to meaning full actions.
- Responsible for continuous process improvement for better operational results.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

- Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

- Operations management: 8 years (Preferred)
