Job Responsibility :-

- Supervise and manage all fire station operations and firefighting activities.
- Lead and control fire brigade personnel during emergency situations.
- Ensure the readiness of fire tenders, fire extinguishers, hydrants, pumps and other firefighting equipment.
- Conduct regular inspection and maintenance of fire safety equipment.
- Develop and implement emergency response and evacuation plans.
- Conduct regular fire drills and emergency mock drills for employees.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety rules, factory regulations and statutory requirements.
- Monitor fire hazards and identify potential fire risks across the plant.
- Maintain records of fire incidents, inspections, training and equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate with the Safety Department, Security Department and external fire services.




- Train employees and fire brigade staff in firefighting and emergency response.
- Prepare fire incident reports and submit them to management.
- Ensure 24×7 fire station readiness and shift-wise manpower deployment.
- Monitor fire alarm systems, emergency communication and firefighting systems.

Skill & Requirement :-

- Education :- Degree in Fire & Safety Engineering.
- Experience :- 7 year +
- Salary :- 30k to 40k CTC PM
