Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The role involves delivering high-quality physiotherapy and rehabilitative care to patients across both the Outpatient Department (OPD) and Inpatient Department (IPD).

The ideal candidate should possess robust clinical assessment skills, hands-on rehabilitation experience, and the ability to develop individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery and improve functional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess patients' physical conditions, mobility, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
- Provide physiotherapy treatment to patients in both OPD and IPD settings.
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation and treatment plans.
- Manage orthopaedic, neurological, post-operative, and general rehabilitation cases.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, mobility, posture, and home rehabilitation programs.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation, and progress reports.




- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, infection-control practices, and patient safety standards.
- Support departmental activities and maintain high standards of clinical care.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical physiotherapy experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Experience in handling both OPD and IPD patients.
- Strong knowledge of physiotherapy assessment, rehabilitation techniques, and patient management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
