Key Responsibilities

1. Video Editing

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and promotional videos.
- Create engaging educational and marketing videos.
- Edit student testimonials, success stories and classroom videos.
- Add subtitles, transitions, animations, sound effects and background music.
- Create skilled video advertisements for Meta and YouTube campaigns.

2. Content Creation

- Develop creative video concepts and storytelling ideas.
- Shoot promotional videos, interviews and student testimonials.
- Coordinate with trainers, students and the marketing team.
- Create engaging content related to international pharmacy and dental licensing examinations, including OPRA, PEBC, PSI, FPGEE and NAPLEX.

3. Camera Handling & Production

- Handle DSLR and mirrorless cameras.
- Set up lighting, microphones and basic video production equipment.
- Record high-quality indoor and outdoor videos.
- Ensure proper framing, audio quality and lighting.

4. Social Media Content

- Create platform-specific videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Develop short-form content based on current social media trends.
- Edit videos according to advertising and branding requirements.




- Maintain consistency in video quality and brand identity.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut.
- Good knowledge of video transitions, colour grading and sound editing.
- Knowledge of camera handling, lighting and audio recording.
- Ability to create engaging Reels and promotional videos.
- Creativity, attention to detail and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Multimedia, Film Making, Visual Communication or a related field.
- Previous experience in digital marketing video production is an advantage.
- Candidates must share their previous video editing portfolio or showreel.
