- Strong expertise in Java backend development and modern UI technologies such as React, or Next.js.
- Hands-on experience with SpringBoot / Quarkus, Jakarta EE, REST APIs, and Oracle SQL.
- Proven experience in Full Stack Solution Architecture, technical design, and scalable application development.
- Robust focus on AI-driven solutions, AI-assisted development, and modern engineering practices.
- Solid DevOps and CI/CD experience (Jenkins/Github Actions), with an automation-first mindset.
- Expertise in software quality engineering across backend and frontend applications, including automated testing (JUnit, Jest, Cypress/Karma), debugging, performance optimization, and root cause analysis.
- Strong Agile and DevOps experience with a focus on pragmatic, high-quality, and fast delivery.
- Proficiency with engineering tools such as IntelliJ IDEA, Jira, Confluence, ELK, and UML/ERM.
- Experience working with international and cross-functional teams, preferably with German stakeholders.
- Quick learner, technically versatile, strong communicator, and capable of mentoring teams and driving technical decisions
