Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with US-based consultants and clients.
- Communicate company services effectively to prospective clients, consultants, and business partners.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach to deal closure.
- Schedule and participate in client meetings through Google Meet.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipelines.




- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with recruitment teams and leadership to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer support, business development, or US IT recruitment.
- Strong English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to research markets, analyze information, and identify business opportunities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work in a night-shift environment.
