We are looking for a proactive, target-oriented, and experienced Team Lead to manage and guide our sales and admissions team at our coaching institute. The candidate will be responsible for supervising telecallers, business development associates, and student counsellors to ensure smooth enquiry management, effective follow-ups, and achievement of admission targets.
The ideal candidate should have solid leadership, communication, sales, and team management skills, preferably with experience in the education, EdTech, or coaching industry
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per year
