Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Die Fitter with hands-on experience in die fitting, mould assembly, bench fitting, and tool room operations. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of injection moulding dies and moulds, engineering drawings, fitting tools, and mould maintenance.

Candidates with relevant experience in injection moulding, mould manufacturing, or tool room operations are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform die and mould fitting, assembly, dismantling, and finishing operations.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and dimensional specifications.
- Carry out grinding, filing, drilling, polishing, and bench fitting activities.
- Ensure proper die alignment, fitment, and dimensional accuracy.
- Perform preventive maintenance, repair, and modification of dies and moulds.
- Identify and troubleshoot fitting, assembly, and mould-related issues.
- Inspect fitted components to ensure proper assembly and functional performance.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean and organized tool room.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 3–10 years of relevant experience in die fitting or mould fitting.
- Practical knowledge of injection moulding dies,



mould assembly, and maintenance.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Hands-on experience with grinding, filing, drilling, and precision fitting tools.
- Knowledge of die dismantling, alignment, finishing, and repair.
- ITI Fitter or a relevant technical qualification is preferred.

Salary and Perks

- Monthly salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000, depending on relevant experience and skills.
