Job Title: Site Head – Cable / FRP Industry

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Site Head to manage overall plant operations in the Cable / FRP (Fibre Plant) industry, ensuring smooth production, effective maintenance, quality control, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day site operations, including Production, Maintenance, and Quality.
- Ensure achievement of production targets and optimum utilization of manpower and resources.
- Monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
- Ensure product quality, safety standards, and compliance with operational procedures.
- Lead and manage site teams to improve productivity and operational performance.




- Coordinate with senior management to resolve operational issues and implement process improvements.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve plant efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:

- Qualification: Engineering Degree / B.Sc. / Diploma.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years in the Cable / FRP (Fibre Plant) industry.
- Expertise: Production, Maintenance, and Quality Management.
- Robust leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently handle overall site operations.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
