Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive business growth, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive branch business growth and achieve targets for gold loans, NCDs, sub-debts, insurance, and other financial products.
- Lead, motivate, train, and supervise branch staff to improve productivity and performance.
- Manage daily branch operations, including cash handling, gold security, loan processing, documentation, and account reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with KYC norms, gold loan procedures, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
- Monitor overdue accounts and implement timely loan recovery measures.
- Maintain accurate records, vouchers, reports, and financial statements.
- Ensure proper custody and security of pledged gold, cash, and other company assets.
- Build strong customer relationships and promote financial products through marketing activities.
- Monitor staff attendance, allocate responsibilities, and maintain a positive work environment.




- Address audit observations, ensure timely reporting, and maintain effective internal controls.
- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
