Job Description – Cluster Head (B2B Business Development)

Candidates with experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical distribution, retail, FMCG, or channel sales will be preferred.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Cluster Head to set up, develop, and scale the B2B business across Punjab. The candidate will be responsible for expanding the business network, acquiring recent business partners, managing teams, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and scale the B2B business across the assigned cluster in Punjab.

- Identify, acquire, and onboard new business partners, retailers, distributors, and channel partners.

- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, revenue, and market penetration.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective business partners.

- Identify recent business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and business development team.

- Monitor business performance,



sales targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.

- Prepare regular sales reports, business forecasts, and performance reviews.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 5–8 years in B2B sales, business development, or channel management.

- Proven experience in business expansion and team management.

- Strong knowledge of the Punjab market and local business networks.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.

- Ability to achieve business targets and scale operations.

- Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
