House of Anaita Pvt. Ltd. runs Amelia's Dessert Shop — a Bengaluru-based brand known for premium, handcrafted desserts like tiramisu, made fresh and delivered direct to customers.
About the Role.
We're looking for a Pastry Chef who can make our desserts at volume without dropping quality. Our recipes are fixed — your job is to follow them exactly, every time, at speed. Tiramisu is our signature, so you should be comfortable preparing 100+ portions in a single run, all identical.
What You'll Do?
- Prepare desserts at volume — tiramisu as the main product (100+ portions per run).
- Follow recipes exactly, with speed and consistency — every portion identical.
- Keep hygiene, food safety, and FSSAI standards.
What We're Looking For?
- 1–2 years as a pastry chef/commis in a bakery, dessert kitchen, or café.
- Able to follow recipes to the letter and repeat a dish consistently at volume.
- Fit for a quick-paced kitchen — high energy and stamina.
- A positive, coachable attitude and strong sense of hygiene.
Good to have: experience with tiramisu or high-volume desserts; culinary/bakery training.
