Job Purpose

Responsible for structural engineering coordination, drawing review, technical supervision, and quality monitoring of high-rise building construction projects, ensuring execution as per approved structural drawings, specifications, relevant codes, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and verify structural drawings, specifications, and design documents received from structural consultants.
- Coordinate with structural consultants, architects, MEP consultants, and project execution teams.
- Review RCC drawings for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, shear walls, core walls, and retaining walls.
- Ensure structural construction activities are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor reinforcement fixing, shuttering, concreting, curing, and other RCC activities.
- Verify reinforcement details, lap lengths, development lengths, spacing, and concrete cover.
- Review Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), reinforcement shop drawings, and structural details.
- Identify drawing discrepancies and resolve technical issues in coordination with consultants.
- Coordinate structural work schedules with site engineers and contractors.
- Monitor structural progress and ensure timely completion of project activities.




- Identify structural execution issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.

Technical Skills Required

- Solid knowledge of high-rise RCC construction.
- Knowledge of raft foundations, pile foundations, shear walls, and core walls.
- Knowledge of transfer slabs, transfer beams, and flat slab systems.
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings.
- Knowledge of reinforcement detailing and BBS.
- Understanding of concrete technology and quality control.
- Knowledge of IS 456, IS 875, IS 1893, IS 13920, and IS 16700.

- AutoCAD
- ETABS
- SAFE
- STAAD.Pro
- MS Excel
- Revit / BIM (preferred)

Educational Qualification

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. M.Tech in Structural Engineering will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

- 1–6 years of experience in building construction.
- Experience in high-rise residential or commercial projects preferred.
- Hands-on experience in structural execution and consultant coordination.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
